Your use of this product means that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use this product.
End User License Terms:
1. LICENSE AGREEMENT : You may download this product through a web browser. The number of computers you can install this product is equal to the number of units(licenses) you purchase. The media file(s) may be modified or used in unmodified form.
You may not :
(a) create derivative works based on this product or data it consists of for retail sale or distribution by any means other than as provided by this agreement;
(b) transfer this product’s files in whole or in part to another person;
(c) transfer this product to another person. You agree to prevent any copying of this product after you download it.
You are allowed to :
(a) make one backup disc of this product;
(b) use this product for commercial purposes(games for PC, consoles, movies, advertising, architectural visualizations, etc.);
(c) modify the texture images for use with your projects.
2. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE: Liman may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of the terms and conditions of use. Upon termination, you shall destroy all copies of the product.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: Liman provides the products related to this agreement "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
